Every time you log in to fe777, your connection is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by major banks in Pakistan. Your password is never stored in plain text and your session is automatically secured so that even if you are using a shared mobile hotspot, your login remains private.
Two-Factor Authentication via OTP
For added security, fe777 supports mobile OTP verification as a second layer of protection on your account. When enabled, logging in from a new device or browser will require a one-time code sent to your registered Pakistan mobile number. This means that even if someone somehow obtained your password, they still could not access your account without physical access to your phone.
This is particularly important for accounts that have a PKR balance, active bonuses or linked payment methods like JazzCash or Easypaisa — enabling OTP is strongly recommended for any active player.
What to Do If You Cannot Log In
If your login is not working, there are a few things to check first before assuming your account has been compromised. Make sure you are using the correct mobile number or email — not a secondary number you may have registered with by mistake. Also confirm your password is correct and that caps lock is not on.
If you have genuinely forgotten your password, do not try to create a new account — that violates fe777's one-account policy and will result in both accounts being reviewed. Instead, use the account recovery option which sends a reset link to your registered email or an OTP to your mobile number. The FAQ page covers account recovery in detail.
Never share your password: fe777 support staff will never ask for your login password. If anyone — including someone claiming to be fe777 support — asks for your password, do not provide it. Legitimate support will resolve issues through verified account identity checks only.
Logging out on shared devices: If you are playing on a shared phone, tablet or computer, always log out after your session ends. fe777's session will not automatically expire for several hours — an open session on a shared device is a genuine security risk for your PKR balance.
